ears of corn (cooked, kernels removed) 1 cup
lobster chunks (or whatever shellfish you have) 1
celery stalk (minced) 1⁄4 cup
minced red onion 1⁄2 cup
diced tomato 1⁄4 cup
chopped fresh dill 2 tablespoons
mayonnaise or creamed avocado 2 tablespoons
sour cream or yoghurt 1⁄2

Instructions
Combine the salad ingredients (corn, lobster, vegetables and dill) and set aside. Whisk the remaining ingredients together to make the dressing. Fold the dressing into the salad, and garnish with any leftover lemon wedges and fresh dill. (Recipeā¦320)
