 pomegranates (seeded) 3 
 tangerines (peeled, seeded and chopped) 1⁄2 bunch
 fresh cilantro (chopped) 1 
 olive oil 1⁄2 
 lime (juiced) 2 tablespoons
 minced red onion or shallot 1 teaspoon
 maple syrup or honey powder (optional) 2 teaspoons
 grated fresh ginger (optional)Instructions
Seed the pomegranates. (Seeding directions can be found here.) If you use the submerged method, drain well.
Combine all of the ingredients and taste before adding a sweetener. (Recipe #644)
