Instructions
Pulse the garlic in the food processor until minced. Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse so you don’t create mush. Add a dollop of this to brighten up soups and stews. Or use it on plain roasted chicken, a vegan bean dish, etc. Having this flavor boost on the side is especially helpful when there are people who love and hate cilantro at the same meeting.
