Ingredients
1 clove
garlic, minced 3 tablespoons
fresh lime juice 2 tablespoons
fresh orange juice 2 tablespoons
finely chopped shallot 1 tablespoon
honey (more to taste or substitute stevia for a low-carb version) 3⁄4 teaspoons
toasted, finely ground cumin seeds 1⁄4 cup
extra virgin olive oil 1⁄4 teaspoon
Kosher salt (more to taste)Instructions
Mash the garlic to a paste with the Kosher salt.
In a medium bowl, whisk the garlic paste with the lime and orange juices, shallot, honey/stevia, and toasted ground cumin. Slowly add the oil in a thin stream, whisking until well blended.
