(about 1 lb) Hass avocados (peeled, pitted, diced into ½" cubes) 1
medium tomato, finely diced 1⁄2
small red onion, finely diced 1⁄2 cup
chopped cilantro 3 tablespoons
lime juice 1⁄4 teaspoon
Tabasco sauce (or red pepper flakes, to taste) 1 teaspoon
Kosher salt (to taste, if allowed)Yields:
Instructions
In a medium bowl, toss the tomatoes with the onion, cilantro, lime juice, Tabasco sauce and 1 tsp. salt, and let sit for about 5 mins. Add the avocado and with a fork, gently mash it into the tomato mixture. Serve immediately. (Recipe♦472)
