Instructions
Peel and dice the kiwis. Remove the seeds from the pomegranate. Gently combine kiwi and seeds with the avocado, scallion, pepper and olive oil. Taste before adding salt and pepper. Sprinkle with cilantro/parsley, and serve. This dish goes well with any simply prepared meat or beans. (Recipe♦285)
