(25 oz) chickpeas 1 can
(25 oz) black beans 2
lemons (juiced) 1⁄4 cup
olive oil 6 cloves
garlic (crushed) 1 teaspoon
salt (to taste, if permitted) 1⁄4 teaspoon
cayenne pepper 2
large tomatoes (diced) 1 cup
chopped veg of choice (optional: cucumber, peppers, radish, jicama, etc) 1 bunch
fresh cilantro (washed, dried and chopped) 1 bunch
