Wash and cut the greens into thin ribbons. Heat coconut oil in a large pan on medium-high heat and flash fry the greens for one minute. Add salt, lime juice, and coconut milk. Simmer for 2 mins. The greens should be bright green. Serve warm. (Recipeā¦465)
