 avocados (diced) 3 tablespoons
 lime juice (to prevent browning) 2 
 cucumbers (diced) 3 teaspoons
 fresh grated ginger (more to taste) 1⁄2 bunch
 parsley or cilantro (finely chopped)Instructions
