This is Morocco's most common seasoning used to flavor soups, stews, and tagines. It is also used as a rub on poultry and lamb.

Ingredients
 1 tablespoon
 ground ginger 1 tablespoon
 black pepper (freshly ground) 2 teaspoons
 ground turmeric 1 1⁄2 teaspoon
 ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon
 ground nutmegInstructions
Combine all spices. It will keep stored in an airtight container for about a month. Makes about ¼ cup. (Recipe♦520)
