Dr. Ramya Vedula earned her DO degree from UMDNJ School of Osteopathic Medicine in 2007. Her Internal Medicine training and Chief Residency was served at St. Peter’s University Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey. She completed her Endocrinology Fellowship at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism. Dr. Vedula earned her MPH and Preventive Medicine degree from The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice. Additionally, she holds the title of Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson School of Medicine and actively enjoys teaching medical students and residents.
Dr. Vedula is board certified in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism. She joined Princeton Medical Group, PA as an Endocrinologist in September of 2014. She provides a full range of Endocrine and Metabolic Disease patient services, in addition to thyroid ultrasounds. Dr. Vedula has a strong belief that a healthy plant-based diet is the foundation to overall health and integrates this approach into her clinical practice – this is also the reason why she is a strong supporter of The Suppers Programs.
