 light vinegar  (such as coconut, white balsamic or cider vinegar) 3⁄4 cups
 extra virgin olive oil 5 drops
 stevia 1 
 lemon (juiced) 2 tablespoons
 water 4 cloves
 garlic 1

Instructions
Prepare vegetables and combine in a large bowl. Process remaining ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning. Toss with slaw and serve. (Recipe #914)
