Vegetarian Chili

Ingredients

2 cans
stewed tomatoes
1 can
tomato paste
1 pound
pinto and.or kidney beans (cooked ahead or 2 cans of beans)
1
morning star farms protein crumbles
1 package
taco or chili seasoning
1 teaspoon
cumin
1
green peppers (1- 3 green peppers can be used; chopped)
2
onions (chopped)
2 cups
corn kernels

Instructions

Combine all together in a pot and bring to a simmer. Cook 25 minutes or longer (until thickened). You may or may not need to add some water, but definitely use the liquor from the beans to add moisture first.  (Recipe #881)
