ground cumin 2
sliced large onions 1⁄4 cup
coconut water 3 tablespoons
lime juice 1⁄2 teaspoon
salt 1 cup
organic dark raisins 1

Instructions
Place all ingredients, except cilantro, in a blender and blend until smooth. If you want a chunkier sauce, add raisins toward the end so they don't break down all the way. Garnish with cilantro. (Recipe #820)
