Tamari Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients

1⁄2 cup
raw pumkin seeds (also called pepitas)
3 tablespoons
tamari or coconut aminos
Yields:
Tablespoons

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Spread seeds evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle tamari over seeds and toss gently.                                                                                                                                                                                                            Roast for 5 minutes, remove from oven and toss. Continue roasting and tossing every 5 minutes until the seeds are golden, about 15 minutes. Cool and store covered in a cool dry place.
