large seedless oranges (such as navel oranges) 1⁄8 teaspoon
cayenne pepper 1 teaspoon
paprika 1⁄2 teaspoon
garlic (minced) 3 tablespoons
olive oil 1 tablespoon
red wine vinegar 1⁄3 cup
chopped parsley 12
black olives (pitted and chopped) 2

Instructions
Peel and wedge oranges, and cut into 1-inch pieces. In a bowl combine the next six ingredients (spices, garlic, oil, vinegar, plus salt and pepper) and whisk. Add oranges, parsley, olives, avocado and toss. This is delicious served with steamed fresh asparagus tossed with butter. (Recipe #784)
