Instructions
Mix together all ingredients except the mushrooms. Prepare the mushrooms by pulling the outer skin from the mushrooms and scraping the dark gills from them.
Line a baking tray with foil. Place mushrooms on the lined tray and press turkey mixture on top of mushrooms. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. (Recipe #772)
