Serenity Rainbow Slaw

Ingredients

sweet pepper (orange, yellow, purple or green)

radishes (long, thin variety are a good choice, if available)

turnips

carrots

lemon (juiced)
1 tablespoon
balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons
olive oil
1⁄2 teaspoon
sea salt (or to taste)

Instructions

Julienne all vegetables using a food processor. Whisk together the lemon juice, vinegar, oil and salt. Toss with the salad and serve.  (Recipe #758)
