Instructions
Heat a large saute pan with olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and saute until soft and translucent, about 4-5 minutes. Add cabbage, red pepper, and cook until soft, about 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste, plus any additional seasonings. (Recipe #753)
