 head of romaine lettuce (washed, dried and torn into bite-sized pieces) 2 
 avocados (peeled, pitted and cubed) 3 slices
 thick cut bacon (chopped) 1 clove
 garlic (minced) 2 tablespoons
 apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon

Instructions
Place romaine lettuce and avocado in a large salad bowl. In a frying pan, cook bacon to desired crispness. Remove from heat and whisk in remaining ingredients. Pour warm dressing over salad. Toss and serve. (Recipeā¦733)
