head of red cabbage 1⁄2 cup
figs (chopped) 1 tablespoon
gomasio (toasted sesame seeds can also be used) 1
lemon (juiced) 1
orange (juiced) 2 tablespoons
sesame oil 1⁄3 cup

Instructions
Shred the carrots and cabbage in a processor. Place in a bowl and toss with the gomasio/sesame seeds and chopped figs.
Blend the lemon and orange juices with the oils, and add salt to taste. Combine with salad and serve immediately. (Recipe #704)
