orange or red bell pepper (chopped) 1⁄3 bunch
fresh cilantro (chopped) 1
pomegranate (seeded) 1 tablespoon
olive oil 1
lime (juiced) 3⁄4
piece of ginger (finely grated) 1 dash

Instructions
Combine the pluots/plums, peppers, cilantro and pomegranate seeds. Blend with remaining ingredients, making sure the ginger is well distributed. Serve with grilled meats or to garnish a bean stew. (Recipe #637)
