radishes (diced fine) 1
red bell pepper (diced fine) 1 bunch
cilantro (stemmed and chopped) 1
lime (juiced) 1 tablespoon
onion or scallion (minced) 1
olive oil 1⁄2 teaspoon
cumin 1
avocado (to top; this ingredient is optional) 1

Instructions
Combine all the ingredients and toss with lime juice and olive oil. Taste for salt. Top with diced avocado. Garnish with jalapeno and hot sauce. (Recipe #573)
