Ingredients
1 pound
ground lamb, pork, or beef* 2 cups
prepared lentils 1
egg (beaten) 1⁄2 cup
olives (chopped)Additional Notes
*Note: grass-fed lamb contributes less than ⅒ greenhouse gases compared with traditional ground beef.
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Mix the meat, lentils, olives, and eggs.
Use a tablespoon or icecream scoop coated in olive oil to make uniform meatballs. Bake for 30 - 40 mins. (Recipe♦543)
