onions (chopped) 2 pounds
ground turkey (or if using leftover cooked turkey, cut into cubes.) 3
carrots (sliced in coin size) 2 bunches
broccoli (chopped) 1
small head cabbage (chopped) 1
(15 oz) can black beans 3 cups

Heat oil in a large soup pot over medium heat. Brown the turkey. Add onions and saute until soft. Add remaining ingredients, reduce heat and simmer for 20 - 30 mins.
If using leftover turkey cubes, sauté the onions in oil and then mix in the turkey. (Recipe♦448)
