Ingredients
1 cup
dry basmati rice 4 cups
water 3
vegetable bouillon cubes 3
saffron threads (to color rice)Instructions
Add water, bouillon cubes, and saffron to a large pot with a tight-fitting lid. Bring to a boil. Pour in rice, cover, and return to a boil. Once boiling, turn heat down to low and allow to simmer 15 mins. Drain excess water as needed. (Recipeā¦382)
