"As a general adult psychiatrist, I find Suppers to be an incredibly valuable resource for my patients. Though many patients require medication along with a program of lifestyle optimization, at Suppers my patients can find a healthy community, lessons in healthy eating, and a healthy perspective on living well with a variety of psychiatric and other medical conditions. Given its accessibility and affordability, I can really think of no downside to participation in The Suppers Programs."
