avocados (pitted and peeled) 1⁄2 cup
cocoa powder (unsweetened) 3 tablespoons
maple syrup 1⁄2 teaspoon
salt 2 teaspoons
vanilla extract 2 teaspoons
fresh lemon juice 1⁄2
banana 1 cup
dates (pit then soak in warm water for 10 mins. Drain but reserve some water) 1 teaspoon
cinnamon (optional) 1 teaspoon
instant coffee or espresso powder (optional) 1⁄4 teaspoon

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Blend until smooth, adding water (from the soaked dates) 1 tablespoon at a time, for consistency.
