jicama (diced - or use a can of water chestnuts) 1⁄2 bunch
dandelion greens (chopped) 3
oranges (peeled and chopped) 2 tablespoons
extra virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons

Instructions
Combine jicama, greens and oranges. Drizzle with oil and vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste. Toss gently and serve. (Recipe♦358)
