Coconut Butter Dressing

We served the dressing on a salad of shredded cabbage and red pepper, topped with wedges of avocado. 

Ingredients

1⁄2 cup
fresh coconut milk or canned lite coconut milk
1⁄4 cup
almond butter
2 tablespoons
tamari
1 tablespoon
minced fresh ginger
2
limes, juiced
1
orange, juiced
2
dates
1⁄2 teaspoon
cayenne pepper
1 dash
salt
 
water (as needed for consistency)
