peach (cut into chunks) 1

pumpkin puree or cooked sweet potato (can be in place of one of the fruits) 1 dash
cinnamon 2 tablespoons
protein powder from egg, whey or rice sources (should total over 20 grams of protein) 1 tablespoon
powdered green foods (or to taste; optional) 1 teaspoon
nutritional yeast (or to taste; optional) 2 tablespoons
