avocados (peeled and pitted, then cubed and frozen for at least 2 hours) 1⁄2 cup
lime juice (from about 5 limes) 1 tablespoon
lime zest 1 tablespoon

Instructions
Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Scrape down the sides a few times to get a smooth texture.
