All Day Glow Green Smoothie

Ingredients

Granny Smith apple (cored and roughly chopped)
1 cup
romaine or red leaf lettuce (packed)
1⁄2 cup
fresh parsley leaves
1⁄4 cup
fresh cilantro leaves*
1⁄2 cup
frozen mango chunks
1
small avocado wedge (about a tablespoon or so)
2 teaspoons
fresh lemon juice (more or less to taste)
1
pinky-sized piece of fresh turmeric (peeled)
1 cup
coconut water
1 tablespoon
coconut fat (optional)

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and mix until smooth, slowly adding more coconut water if needed for consistency. *If you have an aversion to cilantro, omit it and add more lettuce to the smoothie. (Recipe♦108)
