Instructions
Place the shredded kale in a bowl. Add a little salt and olive oil and rub it for a few seconds until the green becomes brilliant. Spiralize the zucchini, making sure to cut the pieces to a manageable length. Mix with the kale. Process the dressing ingredients. It will be very thick, that’s OK. Massage the dressing into the vegetables. Finish with parsley. (Recipe #790)
