Ruby Slaw

Ingredients

1 bunch
red chard
1 bunch
red kale
1
head of red cabbage
2 cups
chopped walnuts (toasted if desired)

Instructions

Drain and rinse the chard and kale, and slice both into thin ribbons. Finely shred the cabbage in a food processor. Combine everything in a large bowl, and add the chopped walnuts. Dress with Lemon Garlic Dressing and toss well. For added sweetness, add a few drops of stevia to the dressing or mix into the salad, and serve.  (Recipe #740)
