Instructions
Combine the shredded cabbage and bok choy in a salad bowl. Mix in the chopped nuts and dried fruits. Whisk together the remaining ingredients and combine with salad right before serving. Taste for salt and acidity - sometimes it needs more citrus juice. (Recipe #837)
