Ingredients
1 cup
almond butter 1 1⁄2 cup
shredded zucchini (unpeeled, shredded in a food processor) 1⁄4 teaspoon
liquid stevia (double if you want more sweetness) 1
avocado (mashed) 1
egg 1 teaspoon
vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
baking soda 1⁄3 cup
cacao powder (unsweetened) 1 teaspoon
cinnamon 1 cup
dark, low-carb chocolate chips (LILY’S Dark Chocolate Premium Baking Chips, Stevia Sweetened, 55% Cocoa)Yields:
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix. Pour into a greased 9x9 inch baking pan. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool and slice into 2 inch squares. (10g carbs, 4g fiber, 6g net carbs per brownie)
