Serenity Breakfast Bread

Ingredients

2 1⁄2 cups
almond flour
1⁄2 cup
sesame seeds
1⁄2 teaspoon
salt
3
eggs
1⁄2 teaspoon
baking powder
1⁄4 cup
ricotta cheese (or full fat coconut milk)
1 cup
currants (soaked in hot water for a few minutes, then drained)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients except currants in a food processor until well blended. Pulse the currants into the dough.

Pour batter into a greased pie plate. (Line the plate with parchment too, for easy clean-up.) Bake 40 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
