parsley (large) 3
scallions (chopped) 2 cloves
garlic (chopped) 3⁄4 cups
miso 1⁄4 cup
chopped ginger 10
4 oz pieces of codInstructions
Blend all ingredients except cod in food processor.
Place ten 4-oz pieces of cod on a baking pan. Smoothe a dollop of parsley mixture on each piece. Bake at 375 until cod flakes (about 15-20 minutes depending on thickness). (Recipe #897)
