fresh turmeric root (2 inch pieces, peeled and roughly chopped, or 2 teaspoons ground dried turmeric) 1
fresh ginger (1 inch piece, peeled and roughly chopped) 1 clove
garlic (roughly chopped) 3 tablespoons
almond butter (no sugar added) 1 tablespoon
honey 1⁄4 teaspoon

Instructions
