Instructions
Process everything but the greens until creamy. Add water in a thin stream as it blends to make it a consistency that you can rub into the greens, like hummus. Note that if you’re using very bitter greens, you may add 1 tsp of honey to the rub to cut the bitter taste. (Recipe #847)
