Ingredients
 2 cans
 flaked light tuna (drained) 1 
 large ripe avocado 1⁄2 cup
 chopped celery 1⁄2 cup
 chopped red onion 1⁄2 
 red apple, chopped 1⁄4 cup
 chopped, toasted walnuts 1 tablespoon
 pickle juice  (or water) 1 teaspoon
 dried dill 1⁄2 teaspoon
 Dijon mustard 1⁄4 teaspoon
 cuminInstructions
In a large bowl, mash avocado with the back of a fork or potato masher. Add tuna, celery, red onion, apple, and walnuts. Mix well. Add pickle juice (or water), dried dill, dijon, cumin, and pepper. Will keep up to a week in the refrigerator. (Recipeā¦918)
