frozen bananas (broken into pieces) 2 cups
unsweetened coconut milk 1
piece of ginger (chopped) 1
apple (chopped) 2 teaspoons
agave nectar 6
dried figs or pitted medjool dates 1
lime (juiced) 5 drops

Instructions
Combine the ingredients in a high powered blender. Use more coconut milk or water to achieve desired consistency. (You can leave it thick and eat it like pudding with a spoon.) (Recipe #808)
