Roasted Turkey Breast

Ingredients

Kosher half turkey breast
 
rosemary to sprinkle, fresh or dried
 
salt and pepper to taste
 
olive oil to drizzle

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Place the turkey in roasting pan skin side up. Drizzle olive oil, add salt, pepper, and rosemary. Roast about 20 minutes for each pound, or until meat thermometer reaches 165°F. This may be eaten as is, sliced. We use this basic recipe for chopped turkey salads, soup, and stew.  (Recipe♦727)
