yellow pepper (cored, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces) 4
celery stalks (trimmed and roughly chopped) 1
red onion (peeled and roughly chopped) 1 teaspoon
curry powder 1⁄2 cup
raw nut butter 1⁄2 teaspoon
nutmeg 1⁄4 cup

Instructions
Put all the ingredients in a blender except the edible flowers and Braggs Liquid Aminos or tamari. Blend until smooth, adding more water if needed. Serve garnished with edible flowers. Pass the Braggs Liquid Aminos or tamari at the table to be added to taste. (Recipe #692)
