There are so many "health foods pretending to be desserts" on store shelves, usually filled with one form of added sugar or another - and always disappointing! Then I tried this at a Suppers meeting - Wow!

Haas avocados (ripe, cut and frozen) 4
bananas (peeled, cut and frozen) pinch
salt 1⁄2 teaspoon
fresh lemon juice 1 pint
blueberries (rinsed and frozen) 15 ounces

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor, adding water if needed for desired consistency. This works best if fruit is partially thawed. Serve immediately! (Recipe# 619)
