Tasty meat balls with NO meat, eggs or gluten!

Ingredients
2 pounds
mushrooms (ground in a food processor) 2 cups
prepared lentils (drained) 1
vegan egg substitute (beaten) 1⁄2 cup
pitted olives (chopped)Yields:
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix the mushrooms, lentils, egg-substitute and olives.
Use a tablespoon or ice cream scoop coated in olive oil to make uniform sized balls. If the mixture is too wet, squeeze out the water as you form them.
Bake on a baking sheet for 20 minutes. (Recipe #568)
