Mango Ginger Chia Pudding

Ingredients

1⁄2 cup
chia seeds
1 cup
mango (frozen or fresh)
2 1⁄2 cups
almond milk or water
1⁄2 cup
almonds
6
pitted medjool dates
1 teaspoon
vanilla extract
1 teaspoon
dried ginger
1 teaspoon
cinnamon

Instructions

Soak chia seeds in enough milk or water to cover for 15 minutes. In a blender, combine with remaining ingredients until smooth. Refrigerate for 6-24 hours until reaches the desired thickness.  (Recipe #556)
