Dor's Keto Nut Loaf


1 cup
raw walnuts
1⁄2 cup
raw almonds
1⁄2 cup
flax seed
1⁄2 cup
sesame seeds
1⁄2 cup
roasted cashews
1⁄4 cup
avocado oil
1 teaspoon
mixed Italian herbs
1⁄2 teaspoon
salt (up to 1 teaspoon according to taste)


Soak the walnuts and almonds for at least 2 hours and drain. Give a few coarse chops. 

Mix the eggs, oil, herbs and salt until well blended.

Blend the nuts, seeds and egg mixture.

Line a small loaf pan with parchment. Bake at 325° for 45 mins. Let cool in the pan. Remove. Peel off parchment.

You can make variations by using chili powder, curry spice, or other seasonings.  (Recipe♦370)
