Delicious enough for dessert, healthy enough for breakfast. They're vegan, grain-free, sugar-free, dairy-free, and egg-free, but certainly not free of flavor!

medium ripe bananas (save a few banana slices for garnish) 1⁄2 cup
almond butter 1⁄4 cup
water 1 teaspoon
baking powder 1 teaspoon
cinnamon 1⁄2 teaspoon
salt 4 ounces
unsweetened chocolate, chopped 1⁄4 cup
chopped walnuts 1⁄4 cup
shredded coconut 1⁄4 cup

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Add banana, almond butter, cinnamon and baking power to blender. Pulse until combined. Add walnuts, chocolate, coconut and raisins. Slowly pulse.
Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Using two spoons, drop into 18 equal mounds on the baking sheets, and top with a few slices of banana if desired. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the bottoms are golden then remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool. (Recipe♦288)
